Liz Chomicki is a first generation Canadian equestrian and has been involved with horses for over 22 years. She first started scribbling horses in elementary school, which ultimately became her main focus after she stepped into the stirrups a few years later. Then from countless doodles, to a collection of sketchbooks and drawings of friend's beloved equines, Liz began transitioning into a traditional painter out to explore the relationship between the horse and rider. She's very involved with her work as she can be found travelling throughout Canada and the US to ride, and capture her own compositions and the stories they tell. Her paintings can be found in private collections within Canada, the US and Europe.
